We are a licensed and insured construction and remodeling company that has been in business for the last eight years. We work with over 50 subcontractors in all trades to give the most complete, professional quality available.
We work throughout the Lawrence and Kansas City metropolitan area. Our projects range from $1000.00 to $100,000.00.

Kevin Bauman - Founder
Providing professional, high quality modification to your bathroom, kitchen or other living areas in a timely manner. Experienced in ADA modifications for the disabled and seniors. My products include Onyx shower base and vanities, as well as safety tubs, that offer additional options for bathroom remodeling projects.
What We’ve Been Doing Recently
In recent years we have done a great deal of work for the Handicapped and Seniors making homes more excessable by widening doorways, building ramps and modifying bathrooms with roll in showers and walk-in safety tubs.
Being a dealer in cabinets, Onyx shower products and now adding a new line of Safety tubs has made us more experienced and competitive in the area of bathroom modifications and remodeling.

Onyx collection shower enclosures and vanity tops:
Our company is a distributor and installer of the Onyx collection shower bases, walls, vanity tops and accessories. The product is one of the few products on the market today that has a true lifetime warranty. There are over 50 colors and sizes available for your complete shower enclosure. For your vanity top there are 43 combinations of styles and bowls in all lengths and various depths. Also the company produces barrier free roll in shower bases for ADA issues and seniors that want easier access. We believe this product is the most durable and beautiful bathroom product on the market.
Safety tubs:
We are a distributor and installer of the Sandspa safety tub. The safety tub is a high quality walk-in tub unit that is built to last. The tub is provided as a complete unit with built in faucet, hand spray and grab bar. Also the door swings out for easier access in the unit. The seal on the door carries a lifetime warranty by the manufacturer. For our installers there is a decorative and functional access door that allows easy access to mechanical systems with the added benefit of an exterior shelf that can be used to store shower products. The tub has been engineered for easy use, maintenance and installation.
Grandview cabinets:
We are distributor and installer of cabinets built by Grandview Products Company. The cabinets are made with true hardwood fronts in many styles and stain colors. The company also makes a line of Thermofoil door fronts for easy care and maintenance. We can provide and install virtually any layout of cabinets. We believe these cabinets offer high quality at an economical price. We can provide Formica, granite and solid surface tops with local suppliers.
